Box 1340, Shingle Springs, California 95682, and Lakes KAR-Shingle Springs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “LKAR”), whose business office is located at 130 Cheshire Lane, Minnetonka, MN 55305, and entered into as of the 17th day of May, 2007.
