This Note is secured by an Open-End Mortgage Deed dated December 21, 2004 on real property located at 21 Spring Lane, Farmington, Connecticut, an Open-End Mortgage Deed dated December 21, 2004 on real property located at 1790, 1798 and 1806 New Britain Avenue, Farmington, Connecticut and a Security Agreement dated January 3, 2005. This Note is further subject to the terms and conditions set forth in a Credit Agreement dated January 3, 2005 and any modifications or amendments executed thereafter.
