This Management and Operational Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 29 day of August , 2006, by and between Renewable Energy Group, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Delaware, with offices at Ralston, Iowa (“REG, Inc.”), and Western Dubuque Biodiesel, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the state of Iowa, with offices at Farley, Iowa (“Western Dubuque”).
