THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 29, 2008, and effective as of January 1, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), and Scott C.
