THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 28th day of April, 2008 (“Effective Date”), by and between E Energy Adams, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“E ENERGY”) and Jonathan Cosby (“Employee”). Employee’s hire start date will be determined by E ENERGY and Employee.
