THIS NONCOMPETITION AND NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 1, 2008 by and between Perrigo Company, a Michigan corporation, for and in behalf of itself and each of its subsidiary and affiliated companies, including Perrigo Israel Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
