This Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), originally entered into as of the 12th day of July, 2002, is by and between Compellent Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“the Company”), and Lawrence E. Aszmann (“Executive”), an individual residing in the State of Minnesota, is hereby amended and restated, effective as of the 16th day of June, 2008 (the “Effective Date”).
