SUB-INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made this 17th day of October, 2007 by and between ASTON ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Investment Adviser”) and ABN AMRO ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC.
