THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (the “Amended Agreement”), made and entered into as of the 5th day of February, 2009, amends and restates the Executive Employment Contract dated as of December 1, 2005, as most recently amended and restated as of October 28, 2008 (the “Prior Agreement”), by and between Sensient Technologies Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and Kenneth P.
