THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into on March 18, 2009, (the “Agreement Date”) by and between ValueVision Media, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the “Company”), and Keith R. Stewart, currently a resident of Minnesota (“Executive”).
