This Separation Agreement and General Release (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 12th day of March, 2020 by and between Thomas J. Perrotti (hereinafter referred to as “Executive”), and Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
