(the “Company”) and James Krause (“Mr. Krause” or “you”) agree that the following Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) describes their complete agreement and understanding regarding Mr. Krause’s continued employment with the Company and Mr. Krause’s termination of employment with the Company in accordance with the Company’s Severance Plan.
