This Credit and Security Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of this 23rd day of July, 2003, is by and between SUN HYDRAULICS CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, SUN HYDRAULIK HOLDINGS LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales, and SUN HYDRAULICS LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales, (collectively, the “Borrower”) and SOUTHTRUST BANK, an Alabama Banking corporation (the “Bank”).
