This Sixth Amendment to Contract of Sale — Security Agreement is entered into as of October ___, 2005 (the “Amendment”), by and between CAPCO FINANCIAL COMPANY, a division of Greater Bay Bank N.A. (“CAPCO”) and XRG, Inc., XRG Logistics, Inc., Express Freight Systems, Inc. and R&R Express Intermodal, Inc. (individually and collectively the “CLIENT’).
