THIS LEASE Agreement made and entered into this 20th day of September, 2005, by and between Links Associates, Ltd., a Florida Limited Partnership, hereinafter referred to as LANDLORD, address of which is 1345 Main St. Suite C-2, Sarasota, Florida, 34236, it’s successors and assigns; and First State Bank, hereinafter referred to as TENANT, address of which is 22 South Links Ave. suite 100 Sarasota, Fl. 34236.
