This Employment Agreement (Agreement) is made and entered into as of this 6 day of February, 2006, by and between DORAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION, of , a Puerto Rico corporation (which together with any successor thereto, is hereinafter referred to as “the Company” and ISRAEL BRAVO TOLEDO (hereinafter referred to as the Employee). The Company and the Employee are hereinafter collectively referred to as (the ‘Parties”).
