THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Lease”) dated as of the 1st day of January, 2007, to be effective as of the Commencement Date hereinafter set forth, is made and entered into by and between NOBLEGENE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (the “Landlord”), and BIOMIMETIC THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Tenant”).
