This Second Amendment to Services Agreement No. DMI-00810 (this “Second Amendment”) is made this 1st day of March 2007 (“Second Amendment Effective Date”) between Dex Media, Inc. (“Dex”) and Web.com, Inc. (formerly known as Interland, Inc.) (“Supplier”). This Second Amendment amends the Services Agreement between Dex and Supplier dated as of August 27, 2004 (as previously amended and hereby, the “Agreement”).
