This Separation Agreement (“Agreement”) dated September 13, 2007 supersedes any prior agreements executed by and between Home Diagnostics, Inc. (“HDI”) and Jon Schneider, except for paragraphs 1 through 6 of the Employee Confidentiality and Non —Disclosure Agreement executed on August 16, 1996 (copy attached). This Agreement confirms that your employment with HDI, and its affiliated entities (collectively, the “Company”) will cease effective September 14, 2007.
