THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT, consisting of the terms and conditions set forth below and the attached schedules (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 29, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Graphic Packaging International, Inc., a corporation formed in accordance with the laws of Delaware (“GPI”), and Perot Systems Corporation, a corporation formed in accordance with the laws of Delaware (“Perot Systems”).
