AMENDMENT dated as of March 10, 2008 to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of June 28, 2007 (as heretofore amended, the “Credit Agreement”) among DUKE ENERGY CORPORATION, DUKE ENERGY CAROLINAS, LLC, DUKE ENERGY OHIO, INC., DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, INC. and DUKE ENERGY KENTUCKY, INC.
