This Indemnification Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 14, 2008, by and among Horizon Lines, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), Horizon Lines Holding Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“HLHC”; together with Parent, the “Companies”), and (“Indemnitee”).
