Carriero, Jr., residing at 1002 NW 195th Avenue, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 (“Employee”), and SUNAIR SERVICES CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, with offices at 595 South Federal Highway, Suite 500, Boca Raton, FL 33432 (the “Company”).
