This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) by and between GeoVax Inc., a Georgia Corporation (“Company”), and HARRIET ROBINSON (“Employee”; and with the Company, collectively, the “Parties”), is entered into and effective as of: 19 NOVEMBER 2007 (the “Effective Date”).
