Fombrun who resides at 350 W 50th Street, New York, NY 10019 (“Fombrun”), Reputation Institute, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a place of business at 62 William Street New York, NY 10005 and Reputation Institute LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a place of business at 62 William Street, New York, NY 10019 (Reputation Institute, Inc. and Reputation Institute LLC being referred to jointly and severally as “Reputation Institute”).
