THIS AGREEMENT executed this 30 day of January 2007 effective as of the 1st day of February 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), by and between those holders of Common Shares of SIFCO Industries, Inc. who sign this Agreement (hereinafter sometimes collectively called the “Signing Shareholders” and individually called “Signing Shareholder”), and JANICE CARLSON and CHARLES H.
