THIS AGREEMENT OF LEASE is made this day of May, 2007, by and between JUBILEE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, an Ohio limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as “Landlord”), with offices at 1798 Frebis Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43206-3764, and FILENE’S BASEMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Tenant”) with offices at 25 Corporate Drive, Suite 400, Burlington, Massachusetts 01803.
