THIS WARRANT AND SUCH SECURITIES MAY NOT BE SOLD, TRANSFERRED OR OTHERWISE DISPOSED OF EXCEPT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIED IN THIS WARRANT.
