THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between TechTeam Global, Inc. (the “Company”), headquartered at 27335 West 11 Mile Road, Southfield, Michigan 48033, and Margaret M. Loebl (the “Executive”), residing at 2108 Strand, Champaign, Illinois 61822, and is effective as of October 7, 2008 (“Effective Date”).
