MAXIMUM GUARANTEED PRICE DESIGN CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT entered into by and between CORECOMPOSITES DE MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., represented herein by Mr. STEPHEN JOHN KLESTINEC in his capacity as General Attorney-in-Fact, hereinafter referred to as “THE OWNER” and AS CONSTRUCCIONES DEL NORTE, S.A.
