This TWO-YEAR CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of April 29, 2009 is entered into among DTE ENERGY COMPANY, a Michigan corporation (the “Borrower”), the banks, financial institutions and other institutional lenders (the “Initial Lenders”) listed on the signature pages hereof, and CITIBANK, N.A.
