This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between JACK BRUCKER (“Executive”) and RURAL/METRO CORPORATION, its subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures and partnerships (“Rural/Metro”). The Effective Date of this Agreement is April 19, 2001.
