ALLIED WASTE INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Company”) and THOMAS W. RYAN (“Executive”) enter into this Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) effective August 1, 2003 (“Effective Date”), to set forth the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment.
