This letter agreement (the “Agreement”), when executed by PROLINK SOLUTIONS LLC., a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”) and FOC FINANCIAL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP , an Arizona Limited Partnership (“Lender”), will constitute a binding agreement enforceable by and against the parties hereto.
