This FIRST AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of May 7, 2007 and entered into by and among MOBILE MINI, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), MOBILE MINI UK LIMITED, a limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (the “UK Borrower”), the banks and other financial institutions signatory hereto that are parties as Lenders to the Second Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement referred to below (the “Lenders”), the new lenders set forth on Schedule 1(b) hereto (the “New Lenders”), and DEUTSCHE BANK AG, NEW YORK BRANCH, as agent (in such capacity, the “Agent”) for the Lenders (as defined in the Loan and Security Agreement referred to below).
