AGREEMENT between the undersigned (the “Company”) and Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, Inc. (“Wells Fargo”). This Amended and Restated Revolving Loan Agreement (the “Agreement”) combines amends and restates two Revolving Loan Agreements associated with account numbers 90143318 and 90141314, and shall become effective beginning on the date undersigned.
