This Agreement is made as of this 31st day of October, 2006 by and between Phoenix Cement Company, an enterprise of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (d/b/a Salt River Materials Group), hereinafter referred to as “Salt River Materials Group,” and Ready Mix Inc., a Nevada corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Ready Mix Inc.”
