THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is effective as of the 1st day of April 2010, by and between IGI Laboratories, Inc., having an address at 105 Lincoln Avenue, Buena, New Jersey 08310 (the “Company”) and Charles Moore, having an address at 25 Hickory Place, Apt J16, Chatham, NJ (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive are collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties”.
