THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made on this 14th day of July 2011, by and between IGI Laboratories, Inc., having an address at 105 Lincoln Avenue, Buena, New Jersey 08310 (the “Company”) and Jenniffer Collins, having an address at 12 Cherry Place, Manasquan, New Jersey 08736 (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive are collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties”.
