OSG International, Inc., a Marshall Islands corporation (the “Selling Stockholder”), proposes to sell to ___________________ (the “Underwriter”) an aggregate of ________ shares (the “Shares”) of common stock, $0.01 par value per share (the “Common Stock”), of Double Hull Tankers, Inc., a Marshall Islands corporation (the “Company”). As used in this Agreement, the term “business day” means a day on which the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) is open for trading and the terms “herein,” “hereof” and “hereto” refer in each case to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular section, paragraph, sentence or other subdivision of this Agreement.
