GUARANTY, dated as of March 1, 2010 (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, this “Guaranty”), made by DHT Holdings, Inc., a company incorporated in the Marshall Islands (the “Guarantor”), in favor of the charterers listed on Schedule I hereto (each, a “Charterer”).
