This Confirmation constitutes a “Confirmation” as referred to in the ISDA Master Agreement specified below. This amended and restated Confirmation supersedes and replaces the initial confirmation of the Transaction dated 21 October 2015, with effect from and including the Amendment Effective Date specified below.
