This General Release and Resignation Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 1, 2023, is made by and between Christopher T. Metz (the “Individual”) and Vista Outdoor Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors, assigns, and related entities (collectively, the “Company”) (Individual and Company each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
