Pursuant to the terms of the credit agreement made as of August 10, 1998 among Hollinger Inc. (the "Borrower"), as borrower, and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC"), as lender (the "Credit Agreement"), the Borrower and 504468 N.B. Inc. ("N.B. Inc.") pledged certain shares of the Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock of Hollinger International Inc.
