This award agreement (“Agreement”), by and between Lincoln National Corporation (“LNC”) and ________ (“Grantee”), evidences the grant by LNC on March 13, 2003 of a long-term incentive award to Grantee and Grantee’s acceptance of the award in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Lincoln National Corporation Incentive Compensation Plan (“Plan”) and this Agreement.
