This Amendment to the Asset Purchase Agreement (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of May 23, 2022 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), between Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and Calithera Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”).
