has heretofore received (i) a true and correct copy of the Credit Agreement (including any modifications thereof or supplements or waivers thereto) as in effect on the Fourth Amendment Effective Date, and (ii) the executed original of its Revolving Credit Note dated the Fourth Amendment Effective Date issued by the Borrowers under the Credit Agreement in the face amount as set forth on Schedule 1.1(B) attached hereto in Exhibit B.
