This Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 7h day of November, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Precision BioSciences, Inc. (the “Company”), and James Jefferson Smith (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
