THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement’) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of December, 2022, by and between Eagle Financial Services, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the “Corporation”) and Aaron M. Poffinberger (“Employee”). This Agreement amends and restates the employment agreement entered into as of January 10, 2020.
