This SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Inc. (the “Company”), Michael Nuzzo (“Executive”) and solely for purposes of Sections 2 and 7, Scooby LP (“Scooby”).
